General Requirements

• The renter must be over 18 years old.

• A valid identity document is mandatory.

• The rental agreement is signed before the start of the trip.

• The maximum number of passengers must not exceed the specified capacity.

Safety on Water

• All passengers must be familiar with safety regulations.

• Wearing life jackets is mandatory for children and recommended for adults.

• Jumping into the water while the vessel is moving is prohibited.

• The captain has the right to interrupt the trip in case of inappropriate behavior by passengers.

Prohibitions and Restrictions

• Smoking on board is allowed only in designated areas (if provided).

• The consumption of hard alcohol in large quantities is prohibited.

• Transporting explosive and flammable substances is prohibited.

• Pets are allowed only by prior agreement.

Booking and Refund

• Booking is confirmed after a 30% prepayment.

• Free cancellation is possible 48 hours before the start of the trip.

• In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before, the prepayment is not refundable.

• In case of a storm warning, the date is rescheduled or a full refund is issued.
